Having worked on both sides of the table, he offers clients a well-rounded perspective — understanding the pressures, priorities, and decision-making frameworks of government and private counterparties alike.
Adrian has acted as principal, sponsor, and government adviser on complex transport, housing, and PPP projects across Australia — bringing deep commercial and financial expertise and a track record of successful tenders, negotiations, and financial closes.
